Chef Jesse Dolan
Jesse is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical College's, Culinary
Arts program. He has been in the restaurant business for seven
years, working at various restaurants in the Green Bay, Fox
Valley and Door County regions. Nearly all of his creations
were derived from his family.
Chef Linnea Dolan
Linnea is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical College's, Culinary
Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management programs. And also a
UW-STOUT graduate. She has been in the restaurant business for
eight years, working at various restaurants in the Fox Valley,
Marshfield, and Door County regions. Most of her recipies are
derived from her variouse mentors at Fox Valley Technical
College.
